Nut Domino – a sweet alliance of dark and light! |

 “Nut Domino” In January in addition to the line of sweets with whole nuts inside we launched another new product: “Nut Domino” – a nut in a 2-layer rolling (a light layer and a dark layer). The kernel of the dainty are whole peanuts (blanched and roasted) covered with a 2-layer rolling. The white layer contains dairy products, and the dark layer contains cocoa powder, dairy products, and grated roasted peanuts. The combination of tastes of white and milk chocolate in different rollings is emphasized by Irish Cream odour in the first layer and by Mocha and Rum odours in the second layer. The same batch contains both light and dark “dominos” which differ by alternation of layers.  The ground nut is a unique nourishing and wholesome product. Peanut seeds contain about 50% of fat and about 30% of protein, the majority of vitamins and microelements required by the organism. And 80% therewith is made by unsaturated fatty acids, the use of which reduces considerably the level of holesterol in blood. As peanuts increase satiety due to their high protein content, they form the basis of weight reduction diets and are especially popular with models. Peanuts are a natural antioxidant, they can influence ageing processes and rejuvenescence of skin cells. Furthermore, they are able to improve memory, attention and hearing. So regularly take a handful of peanuts and you will prolongate your youth and beauty. “Nut Domino” is a delicious and wholesome dainty for real sweet eaters! |

Favourite chocolate in a new style! |

In the second half of 2011 JLLC “First Chocolate Company” redesigned the line of “Ideal” milk chocolate with large additives. That new kind is quite nontrivial for the chocolate market of Belarus. In the first place the idea of renovation was pursued which was meant to show development of our company and manufactured products and their keeping abreast with the times. Also the text arrangement structure was changed and there appeared a navigation by chocolate kinds in the line by means of vivid and rich colours. The following kinds of chocolate are modified: “Ideal” milk chocolate with prunes, apricots, coconuts, crushed hazelnuts, crushed hazelnuts and almonds (“Nut Mix”), cherries, raisins and nuts. |

- According to the Decree of the President of the RB ¹ 247 from May, 31st, 2005 "About additional measures on regulation of the use of the words “national” and “Belarusian” JLLC “Belarusian Coffee Company” on the 2nd of September 2005 was re-registered as JLLC “The First Chocolate Company”. JLLC “The First Chocolate Company” is the legal successor of JLLC “Belarusian Coffee Company” without change of requisite elements, the VAT number, bank accounts. The all of previously foreseen obligations within the contract remain.
- JLLC “The First Chocolate Company” was founded in 1997 and is one of the leading manufacturers of confectionery under the trade name “Ideal” in Belarus.
The success of the company is based on a high quality of the production. The company produces only natural chocolate. Natural cocoa butter is a basis of our chocolate. There are no substitutes — this is one of the principles of the Company. At the same time bitter chocolate contains 62 and 80% cocoa products. Dessert and milk chocolate contains 52 and 34% accordingly cacao products accordingly. The Use of a modern production technology, the constant control of the quality of the incoming stock and the output of final products allow the enterprise to produce the chocolate which not only meets the requirements of standards, but in some characteristics exceed them. Sweets with yoghourt filling covered by dessert chocolate with addition of grated peanuts. Sweets covered by bitter chocolate and having the jelly body with apricots, prunes and cranberries are in great demand.
During years of company’s presence at the markets of Russia, the products of “The First Chocolate Company” became recognized by customers. The enterprise is a holder of four Grand Prixes such as: - «Gold Nike» at the exhibition «Prodexpo-2003» in Moscow,
- VII International Wholesale Exhibition of Food Products “ROSPRODTORG-2004” in the category “People’s product”,
- Grand Prix of the V Confectionary Taste Contest «Sweet Glory 2004» in the frame of the Õ Confectionery Industry Specialized Exhibition «Sweets 2004» for the chocolate and sweets under the trade name “Ideal”,
- Grand Prix at the exhibition «Prodexpo-2005» in Moscow for the sweets line “Fruttel”.
The First Chocolate Company is the gold prize winner of numerous prestigious international taste contests “The Best Product at the Russian Market” and many others carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Foodstuffs of the Russian Federation and Moscow Government and also the International Association of Confectioners (ASCOND). |
